Our family story
Deep roots.
A fresh perspective.
Terry Saeman founded Land Art by Saeman, Inc. with a passion for landscaping and a hands-on approach to craftsmanship. His experience in the landscape industry began in 1980, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Botany from Cal Poly Pomona.
Today, that tradition continues with his sons, TJ and Bryce Saeman. Both graduates of Cal Poly Pomona, they now lead the company into its next generation with the same commitment to quality and personal service.
We work closely with every client, combining quality materials, sustainable practices, and proven techniques to create landscapes you can enjoy for years to come.
